Welcome to the enchanting world of the Caribbean Beach Resort at Walt Disney World! Immerse yourself in the magic of this recently refurbished retreat, where not only do you experience a touch of tropical paradise but also enjoy the added convenience of the Skyliner, providing swift access to Epcot and Hollywood Studios.
Accommodations
Our stay at the Caribbean Beach Resort was a delightful blend of comfort and charm. Opting for a preferred room treated us to picturesque views of the water, elevating our overall experience. The two queen beds offered a cozy retreat after our adventures in the parks, providing a well-deserved rest. It's worth noting that the walls, while a bit thin, allowed for some background noise from neighboring rooms late at night. However, it wasn't disruptive enough to hinder a good night's sleep.
Accessibility
When planning your stay at the resort, it's crucial to note that elevators are not available, potentially posing a challenge for guests with strollers or substantial luggage. This consideration becomes especially significant if accessibility is a top priority during your visit to Walt Disney World. While you have the option to request a ground floor, it's important to acknowledge that this accommodation might not be guaranteed.
Additionally, as mentioned earlier, the resort offers a valuable bonus – access to the Skyliner, providing convenient transportation to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Given the resort's expansive size, it's worth noting that you can access the Skyliner not only from within the Caribbean Beach Resort but also from Disney's Riviera Resort. This added flexibility enhances your overall experience, making navigation around the resort more seamless.
Dining Options
Start your day right at Centertown Market Grab & Go, where we couldn't resist the temptation of their delicious Bacon, Egg, and Cheese bagel sandwich. As the day transitions into evening, Centertown Market beckons with a delightful dinner experience. We highly recommend trying the Chicken Bowl, a culinary masterpiece featuring Jerk Chicken served over Rice and Beans, complemented by a side of Tomato and Cucumber Salad, topped with Cilantro-Lime Tofu Crema and Pickled Vegetable Slaw.
Recap
Our stay at the Caribbean Beach Resort was a delightful blend of comfort, convenience, and culinary delights. While the lack of elevator access may pose challenges for some guests, the overall experience, from the newly refurbished rooms to the mouthwatering dining options, left us enchanted and eager to return. The Caribbean Beach Resort truly offers a magical escape in the heart of Walt Disney World.
